Amanda Blair is the founder of Blair Training Group, a globally experienced learning strategist and leadership development expert, leveraging her background as a former U.S. diplomat. Her career spans four continents, including the U.S., France, Tunisia, Russia, and Francophone Africa—bringing unmatched cross-cultural fluency and strategic insight to every engagement.
Designing Scalable Global Learning Solutions
Amanda specializes in high-stakes training design and delivery. She has served as a Trainer and Curriculum Developer for the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute and led extensive training programs for military and civilian students at Coastal Carolina Community College. Additionally, she has driven large-scale learning initiatives for global staff and Volunteers for the Peace Corps across more than 60 countries. In these roles, she was responsible for designing and scaling culturally responsive programs that delivered measurable results.
Diplomatic and Strategic Leadership
Working as a diplomat in the Foreign Service, Amanda gained direct experience managing office operations and complex projects for the U.S. government. This diplomatic and on-the-ground management experience ensures Blair Training Group’s programs are grounded in real-world strategic and operational needs.

Amanda holds an M.A.Ed. in Instructional Design & Technology from Virginia Tech and certifications in Project Management and Generative AI for L&D.
