Amanda Blair founded Blair Training Group in 2019, bringing her experience designing and delivering high-stakes learning programs for U.S. federal agencies, military institutions, and global organizations. She served as a Trainer and Curriculum Developer at the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Service Institute, and led large-scale training programs for Peace Corps staff and Volunteers across more than 60 countries. She has also designed and delivered training programs for military and civilian students at Coastal Carolina Community College.

A former U.S. diplomat with career experience across four continents — including France, Tunisia, Russia, and Francophone Africa — Amanda brings unmatched cross-cultural fluency and operational insight to every engagement. Her programs are built on real-world experience.
