Operational Systems & Onboarding Training – Corporate Client (Healthcare)
Challenge: A growing organization lacked standardized operating procedures, resulting in inconsistent performance, supply issues, and onboarding gaps for new staff.
Solution: Conducted a full audit of existing workflows and documentation, then designed and implemented scalable systems for process consistency and supply monitoring. Created comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and digital tools to support daily operations. Developed onboarding training and reference materials to ensure new hires could perform key tasks efficiently and confidently.
Outcome: Improved operational consistency, reduced supply errors, and shortened onboarding time for new employees. The new framework established a repeatable system for training, accountability, and continuous process improvement.
Onboarding training developed with Rise 360, mobile accessible for a home health care employee audience.
Virtual Training Sessions were designed to be completed on site at a convenient time during scheduled shift. These trainings covered walk through of check in processes and standard operating procedures and included test-out options to accommodate the diverse levels of learner population.
The creation of job aids and standalone training guides allowed the home health care company employees to provide further guidance/on site training to individual learners needing additional assistance, using the training materials, when required.
