Empathic Communication & Leadership Training – Government Agency
Challenge: Staff across global offices needed consistent, practical training in communication and leadership skills to manage sensitive conversations and provide effective support after critical incidents. Existing content from external vendors lacked cohesion, interactivity, and alignment with organizational standards.
Solution: Led the design and delivery of a multi-phase blended training program combining live webinars with scenario-based knowledge checks, in-person application sessions at a global conference, and digital job aids to sustain learning over time. Created onboarding and annual compliance modules in Rise 360 with Camtasia-edited video content to train new and returning managers across 60+ countries.
Outcome: Established a unified, skill-based communication and leadership program adopted agency-wide. Participant evaluations rated the training highly for engagement, practicality, and confidence-building in managing complex, high-stakes conversations.
